Training options

  • One-on-One: in a private setting and are either 30 or 60 minutes in length.

  • Small Group: is the most economical option. Sessions consist of 2-4 clients.

  • PhysioFIT: training classes for low back, diabetes & hypertension, osteoporosis and total joint replacement.

  • Lifestyle based classes with 45 minutes of condition exercise and 15 minute lecture for 8-10 participants.

Pre-Training Assesement

In this assessment we are trying to build our baseline. Which includes range of motion, functional strength, postural analysis, pain scale, stability, mobility, blood pressure, heart rate and glucose etc..

Now we can build the program, set goals and prepare for the first training session. Scheduling dates, times and frequency of training sessions weekly.
