Who we are

Our team of highly qualified and compassionate exercise physiologists and certified medical exercise specialists work closely with each client, their physicians, and caregivers to develop tailored exercise plans that address their specific needs and goals. We understand the unique challenges and considerations associated with each condition and are committed to creating a supportive and encouraging environment where clients can thrive.

Our Approach

We take a holistic approach to medical exercise, focusing on improving not only physical fitness but also overall well-being. Our programs incorporate a variety of evidence-based exercises designed to:

  • Enhance cardiovascular health: Gentle yet effective activities to improve heart health and circulation for individuals with hypertension and diabetes.

  • Increase strength and flexibility: Carefully selected exercises to build muscle strength, improve range of motion, and support individuals with lumbar disorders and Down syndrome.

  • Improve balance and coordination: Targeted movements to enhance stability and reduce the risk of falls for clients with Parkinson's disease.

  • Promote motor skill development: Engaging and adaptable activities to support gross and fine motor skills in individuals with autism and Down syndrome.

  • Manage chronic conditions: Exercise as a vital tool in managing blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and the progression of neurological conditions.

  • Boost mood and reduce anxiety: The therapeutic benefits of exercise to improve emotional well-being for all our clients.

We assess and develop exercise for clients with residual functional deficits remaining after the diagnosis and treatment of disease by the MD, RPT and/or DC.
